Hayagreeva “Huggy” Rao is the Atholl McBean Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a professor of sociology by courtesy at Stanford.
His work focuses on collective action in organizations and markets, with an emphasis on scaling mobilization, innovation, talent, and change.
