Sandesh has been MD at eightfold.ai — an AI-powered talent intelligence platform — since 2019. Before Eightfold he was Chief Architect and Country Lead at Cumulus Networks (acquired by NVIDIA), and earlier Distinguished Technologist at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, working on data-center and Wi-Fi network analytics. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MS from UT Austin.
Alongside Eightfold he is a Technical Advisor at Open Science Stack, a not-for-profit building digital public infrastructure for deep-science and deep-tech R&D, and a part-time consultant at Ramen Inc. on AI object-detection frameworks for vision analytics. He's a useful sounding board on cloud architecture, scaling engineering teams, and applying first-principles thinking to both technical decisions and broader topics like personal finance and life choices.
