Prof. (Dr.) Satya N. Gupta is a globally recognized ICT leader, technology strategist, and policy expert with more than 45 years of experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, broadband, blockchain, IPv6, AI, quantum computing, and regulatory affairs.
