TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “Meet The Artist” contest (“Contest”) is organised by Red FM (“Organizer”), in association with AskSila (under WisdomLabs.AI, Inc) (“Technology Partner”), in connection with “South Side Story 2026”, (“Event”). The Contest invites fans present at the Event to create their own AI “Digital Twin” on the AskSila platform, at the AskSila stall at the venue, for a chance to meet their favourite Event artist(s) backstage.

Individuals who participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall hereinafter be referred to as “Participants” (and individually as a “Participant”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Contest.

By participating in this Contest, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge with no purchase beyond a valid Event ticket is necessary, and no payment is required to participate in the Contest or to claim any prize. Participants should be alert to, and are under no obligation to entertain, any person demanding money in connection with this Contest. The Contest is made available purely on a best-effort basis.

The Organizer and/or Technology Partner reserve the right to change, defer, alter, suspend, or cancel this Contest, in part or full, or change any or all of these terms and conditions, without giving any prior intimation or notice of any kind, including on account of technical failure (such as network or OTP delivery failure), force majeure, or artist cancellation.

The decision of the Organizer, in consultation with the Technology Partner and the artist(s) (as applicable), on all matters relating to the Contest, including entry validity, winner selection, no-shows, and conduct shall be final, binding, and non-contestable upon the Participant, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

This Contest is open to holders of a valid Event ticket who are present at the Event venue and who create a Digital Twin on the AskSila platform, subject to the AskSila Terms of Service and Privacy Policy referred to in the General Terms section below.

To participate, a Participant must complete the full Digital Twin creation process at the AskSila stall at the venue, or via the South Side Story referral QR code, by following the on-screen process on the platform (having a conversation with the Twin, and/or uploading notes, content or a voice memo, as prompted), including verification of their mobile number (or email address) by OTP (One-Time Password). Incomplete, unverified, or abandoned Digital Twin creation will not be considered a valid entry.

Only one (1) valid entry (i.e., one Digital Twin created for the purposes of this Contest) per person is permitted; one mobile number shall count as one entry. Multiple entries from the same individual, phone number, email address, or Instagram handle will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Participation by employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Organizer, the Technology Partner, the performing artists, and their respective affiliates, sponsors, agencies, and partners involved in this Contest is not permitted.

The Participant represents and warrants that all information and content provided in the course of creating their Digital Twin is true, accurate, and does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

By creating a Digital Twin and participating in the Contest, Participants consent to being contacted by the Organizer and/or Technology Partner via the phone number, email address, or other contact details provided, solely for purposes relating to the Contest, including verifying entries, administering the lucky draw, and contacting winners.

Every Participant who successfully completes their Digital Twin at the venue will receive one signed poster of the Event artists (“Base Reward”), subject to availability, handed over at the stall at the time of completion.

Four (4) lucky draws will be held during the Event, with each draw selecting five (5) winners from among the Participants who have created a valid Digital Twin, for the opportunity to meet the artist whose performance the relevant draw follows, backstage, subject to the artist’s availability (“Meet & Greet Opportunity”). Winners are selected via randomizer from the pool of valid, completed entries then in the draw pool, and the Organizer’s method of selection shall be final.

A Participant who has already won any draw at the Event is not eligible for any subsequent draw, and their entry shall be removed from all remaining draws. Names once drawn will not be reinstated or included in any subsequent lucky draw conducted as part of this Contest. Winners will be announced on stage.

No Participant may select, request, or be guaranteed a specific artist whom they wish to meet. A winning Participant will meet the artist whose performance the relevant draw follows, and no representation is made or implied beyond this.

A winner must report to the designated claim point within ten (10) minutes of the announcement and verify their identity by producing their registered mobile number (a government photo ID may additionally be requested). Failure to do so within this window, or any unwillingness or inability of the selected Participant to avail of the Meet & Greet Opportunity for any reason, shall be treated as a no-show, and such Participant’s chance shall stand forfeited and will not be carried forward or rescheduled; the Organizer may, at its discretion, select a substitute winner. Winners must be present at the venue to claim the prize, and the prize cannot be claimed remotely or at a later date.

The Meet & Greet Opportunity is limited solely to the opportunity expressly specified herein, admits the winner only (no companions, friends, or family members will be permitted backstage), is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, sold, gifted, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration; only the verified winner may avail of it. Any costs or expenses associated with attending the Event (including without limitation travel, accommodation, tickets, and incidental expenses) shall be borne solely by the Participant, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer.

The duration, format, timing, and location of the Meet & Greet Opportunity are indicative and subject to the artist’s availability, schedule, and comfort. The Organizer reserves the right to determine, shorten, reschedule, modify, or withdraw the Meet & Greet Opportunity at any time, including by limiting photography or autographs, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including artist unavailability.

Winners must follow all instructions of security and Event staff at all times, including during escort to and from the backstage area. Misconduct, intoxication, or inappropriate behaviour towards the artist, staff, or other attendees will result in immediate cancellation of the prize and removal from the backstage area, with no substitute benefit. Personal items for signing, gifts for the artist, and the recording of video may be restricted; staff instructions on the day shall be final.

As between the Participant and the Organizer/Technology Partner, the Participant’s Digital Twin and its contents shall remain the Participant’s own, and ownership of the underlying content and information a Participant provides while creating their Digital Twin shall continue to be governed by the AskSila Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Participants may edit or delete their Digital Twin at any time through the AskSila platform; deleting a Digital Twin before a lucky draw is conducted will remove the Participant’s entry from that and all subsequent draws.

By participating, each Participant consents to being photographed or filmed at the stall and (for winners) during the Meet & Greet, and grants to the Organizer and the Technology Partner a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use the Participant’s name, likeness, and any Contest-related content, images, or footage (including at the Meet & Greet, if applicable) for promotional and publicity purposes relating to the Contest and the Event, across on-air, digital, social media, and promotional channels, without additional compensation.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and not in substitution of, Red FM’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Any issues, disputes, or queries relating to the AI-based Digital Twin creation process, the AskSila platform, or the use, storage, or processing of any data submitted thereon (including the mobile number collected to verify entries, administer the draw, and contact winners) shall be dealt with in accordance with AskSila’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Organizer is not responsible for any errors, omissions, downtime, or technical issues in connection with the AskSila platform, or for entries lost or delayed due to device, network, or SMS/OTP failures beyond its control. Participants are advised to complete their Digital Twin early and keep their phone accessible during and after each performance. All information in connection with the Contest is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranty of any kind.

The Participant agrees that the Organizer, the Technology Partner, their affiliates, group companies, and their respective employees, officers, directors, or sponsors/partners shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Contest, the Base Reward, the Meet & Greet Opportunity, or attendance/participation at the Event.

The Organizer shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Contest where it is unable to do so as a result of unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure conditions, including epidemic outbreak, pandemic, lockdown, cancellation or postponement of the Event, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If an artist’s performance or availability changes, the associated draw and/or Meet & Greet Opportunity may accordingly be modified, substituted, or withdrawn without liability to the Organizer.
