I am a quality engineering leader with more than 14 years of experience building scalable test automation systems, strengthening software delivery practices, and developing high-performing QA teams.

My work sits at the intersection of quality assurance, software engineering, developer productivity, and release management. I have designed automation frameworks for web applications, mobile platforms, and backend services using Java- and Python-based technology stacks. These frameworks have supported parallel execution, project-level test selection, continuous integration, and high-frequency release environments.

Beyond test automation, I focus on building complete quality engineering ecosystems. This includes integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, creating deployment-aware execution and reporting workflows, introducing contract testing and service mocking, enabling performance testing at scale, and using production observability to identify functional and performance regressions after release.

I have built and led QA and SDET teams of up to 12 engineers, with responsibility for hiring, mentoring, goal setting, delivery planning, automation strategy, and quality ownership across multiple products. My leadership approach is centred on clear accountability, continuous coaching, engineering excellence, and close collaboration between QA, development, product, and platform teams.

A key part of my work has been driving shift-left quality. I encourage quality engineers to participate early in product discussions, requirement walkthroughs, architecture reviews, and technical design decisions. This helps teams identify risks sooner, improve testability, reduce late-stage defects, and treat quality as a shared engineering responsibility rather than a final testing activity.

I also enjoy solving operational problems through internal tools and workflow automation. I have created integrations and utilities for test-data generation, environment provisioning, test execution, reporting, traceability, release notifications, and engineering collaboration. More recently, I have introduced AI-assisted practices across the software testing lifecycle for test design, impact analysis, reporting, root-cause analysis, framework development, and team up-skilling.

My broader goal is to build quality engineering functions that are technically strong, operationally efficient, and closely aligned with business outcomes. I believe effective quality leadership is not simply about finding defects—it is about helping engineering teams release reliable software faster, with greater confidence and sustainable ownership.
