Hi, I'm Chitra, a Product Designer with 14+ years of experience designing AI-powered, enterprise SaaS, B2B, and B2C products. I'm passionate about simplifying complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
Throughout my career, I've worked with companies like Amazon, Amagi, Freshworks, and HolidayIQ, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design products, improve user experiences, and launch impactful solutions. My journey began as a Visual Designer at Amazon, where I worked closely with product and marketing teams on product launches, UI frameworks, and digital campaigns, and has since evolved into leading initiatives in product and AI design.
Beyond my full-time role, I mentor UX designers through 1:1 portfolio and resume reviews, AI product design reviews, and career guidance. I also create practical design templates and resources to help designers build stronger portfolios, prepare for interviews, and grow with confidence.
